  The Times Union Center is a great place to watch live performances. The Enterprise Parking Garage has ample parking when you arrive and there are normally more than enough staff members to help you find your seat. The cost of refreshments are about on par with other refreshment stands like the movies, so plan accordingly. The evening shows have a bar as well normally. I prefer the lower section in the center for easier viewing. The very back row in each section is made up of padded wooden chairs that get uncomfortable after an hour, but provide extra leg room. The other chairs are more comfortable for sure. The evening performances are typically dress up a bit attire, not that they would tell you that you can't enter in t-shirt and shorts, you'd just feel out of place... Most don't wear ties though since it's not a formal event.

  Comfortable seats for a theater. I'm tall and leg room is a rare and much appreciated quality in a theater, auditorium or stadium and the Times Union Center provides relatively spacious seating. There are good views of the stage from multiple seating regions.
