  Employees are very friendly and very willing to help. The computers kept crashed so I was there from 5pm to 8:30pm. The employees never gave up trying to help me nor acted like they don't want to be there. They made a bad situation pleasant and made sure I walked out with my phones properly working.

  Agents were not completely honest. Appeared they were looking for a sell. I'm still not sure how to use my phone completely. In the past I was a long time customer of Sprint and was expecting the same quality service. The male rep. was trying but a female was pushing, pushing him to close the deal. I think he was a new agent.
