  Seems like this publix is always unprepared for big days, game days, days leading into holidays, peak hours, understaffed in deli and out of stock of items on sale or popular items. It's like management doesn't prepare for these days or peak hours. Staff is wonderful and work as fast as they can, but management needs to go work in a restaurant for a month to understand and prepare for peak hours and all days that I described above. It's like management prepares and stocks like it's going to be slow everyday. Anyways my hats off to the staff specially in deli because they are working as fast as they can but they are just understaffed.
