  Horrible experience!!!!!!!!!! No need to explain because all they will do is bad mouth me, a renter who paid on time and spent more money to CLEAN THAT HOUSE than they ever did. Thanks for letting me rent a house that INSTANTLY had bugs after two weeks of living in it, caked with dirt, other people property still in the garage. OH and firing my property manager so when I speak about our previous conversations I sound crazy because that manager doesn't work there any more and my words dont matter. MESSED UP! Brian is DISGUSTING in his replies to past tenants. UNREAL AND A LIAR. THE ULTIMATE SCAM. GOOD RENTERS, RENT ON TIME, LIVING IN HOMES THAT WERE NOT EVEN CLEAN WHEN MOVED IN, COMPLETE BS

  Brian Woolard is Amazing & very knowledgeable! He's great at what he does & he's a really nice guy! He worked with us & took care of renting our home when we had to move out of state! He helped to make the transition better! He was also on point when we decided to sell our home! He's your guy if you're looking for a Realtor or Property Manager! :)
