  The airport is great. But standing in the Delta line at 4:10 for a 5:30 flight and no one manning the ticket counter while all the other airlines are serving their customers is frustrating. At least 8 employees walked behind the counter and went in the office, but no explanation of when to expect the counter to open. Opening an hour before your first flight, especially on holiday travel days, is not the best. The line is at least 40 deep already....
