  Patricia Wright help my husband and I file our taxes for year 2014. After the process my mother in law notified me she could get us more back on Turbo Tax. Not even 10 minutes after we filed we went back in the office and she advised she couldn't stop it as the IRS has already accepted it. She began to raise her voice at me, and you can see that she was getting really hostile. By the way she is the Master Tax Advisor Office Manger but had the nerve to rise her voice at me, and catch an attitude. She is the most unprofessional Office Manager I have ever meet, and I wouldn't suggest ever going to H&R Block, especially the one on Southside Blvd. She also charged us 192.00 to file our taxes. WORST experience EVER!!!!
