  I dropped a jacket off, and when I went to pick it up it had all the stains that were originally on there. I asked what I could do to get them out after I paid for it. After him telling me somethings I could try he said, "let us give it another try." I said ok, and went there to pick it up the next day like he told me and it wasn't ready. I didn't recieve any call saying so, so I went out of my way for nothing. When I went to pick it up again, it was ready and looked better. He gave me a couple dollars off. Then I noticed the sign on the window saying it was ladies day (the original day I dropped it off) and you get a percentage off. I was never told this.
