  Our HOA uses these guys for our retention ponds. Invasive Hydrilla grass is taking over our pond for the last few years and has not been addressed. Now the entire pond is out of control due to the problem being basically ignored. We've complained several times and we get nothing but empty promises like "We need to dredge, we need to add Carp to control the grass". But nothing gets done. Based on my experience I would not recommend this company.

  Charles Aquatics manages the ponds and fountains in our neighborhood. They are quick to respond to our needs and very customer oriented. Highly recommended!
