  Terrible front office staff who do not know what they are doing, nor do they care! They do not submit your information to insurance in a timely manner, and they continually lie when you ask them what is going on. They waste precious time and neglect patients who need therapy as soon as possible. Sometimes patients are ignored for months at a time. I do NOT recommend this Brooks location. They are all extremely incompetent.
