  I went in to have a 14k gold lobster clasp set on my gold necklace, the spring inside the clasp was not functioning & my necklace kept falling off. He wanted to charge me $45 for the lobster clasp. This sent a red flag to me because I knew it didn't cost that much. I also had a gold coin bezel that the screw had worn down, I was told it would be best to replace the bezel. I went online and found a 14k gold lobster clasp for $6.50 ... free shipping & a bezel screw for .25. I was able to repair my jewelry myself for under $7. Have common sense when dealing with this jewelry repair shop.
